How To Return an Item
Brand name items that are new may be returned for a replacement or a complete refund if found to be defective only. Surplus or generic items (marked Unissued, New/Surplus or Used) may be returned for replacement if item is found defective. You must request a RMA within fourteen (14) days from recieving the product.

1. E-mail RMA@NiedbalskiOutfitters.com to request a refund or exchange and we will assign you a tracking #.

2. Mail your returned item to:

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

 

Return Exceptions
Some items cannot be returned if they are opened or custom designed. All custom designed apparel and knifes cannot be returned for any reason. All sales are final on these items. New merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. Surplus items may be returned for replacement only if item is found to be defective. Surplus items are checked carefully before shipping to ensure they are in acceptable condition. Some Surplus items will show wear and tear but will still be in serviceable condition unless otherwise stated in the product description. Please read descriptions before ordering.

 

Restocking Fee
Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee unless otherwise instructed. There are no refunds for the original shipping and handling fees. This fees will be deducted from your refund total.

 

Exchanges
If your brand name clothing item is in like new condition, you may exchange your clothing item for a different size. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.


Warranties
All new brand name products, unless otherwise stated, are covered by their respective manufacturer's warranties. Within fourteen (14) days, we will repair or replace, at our sole discretion, any product that is deemed defective. After 14 days, the manufacturer's warranty process must be followed. There are no warranties on New/Surplus or Used items.
